We booked here, to be honest, making the most out of the eat out scheme. We'd been several times before we moved house and it was lovely to be reminded... read more how good the food is and how friendly the staff. I wouldn't normally order a burger when I'm eating out, but seeing as theirs was homemade, I just fancied it. I wasn't disappointed. Well done to all the staff during what I'm sure has been a very busy Mon-Wed service. Will certainly suffer the longer drive to come back here more regularly!BoBobbins

Turkey and beef I understand were good and so were the vegetables, but they forgot my luxury nut roast and I did not receive this until 1.20pm!!!!! When we went to pay and get our £2 parking fee back, it was put in our hands without a thank you from the landlady. The waiting staff were inexperienced although they tried their best. Service was not the quickest and a lot were waiting for their meals when others had finished. None of us will be going back to visit unless someone else takes over.
